I went into the office in Longmont for an emergency appointment, I had an abscess on a broken tooth. After painful poking and prodding I was told "your tooth doesn't hurt, its your jaw, stop drinking caffeine" so I did, and I was given a round of antibiotics to deal with the infection (which was apparently caused by my morning cup of coffee) and about a week later the pain was gone. For about 3 days... They scheduled my follow up appointment for more than a month out on my broken tooth, after deciding I should get another opinion, I was scheduled an emergency root canal at another dentist. I was told by the new Dr. "I can't believe you have been living like this for so long, it definitely is your tooth that is bothering you." As it turns out, I had 2 dead nerves, and 2 exposed live nerves in my tooth. Either Dr Franz is unqualified, or he doesn't care about his patients. He was condescending and he was wrong. I will never go back to this office, and i would strongly advise people seek dental help elsewhere.
